poor customer care After being missled by the Customer Service Manager with a promise to repay on a previous loan, my son who is stationed in Norfolk had purchased a car from Auto Depot and immediately went on deployment there after. The Auto Depot had never made good with their promise to repay and now my son is out $2500.00 I am going to do all I can to have this Auto Depot placed on the Black list of the military so that no other soldiers get ripped off from these coniving dealers.

Do not go here to buy a vehicle. Auto Depot employee's will be the nicest people at first and will not even seem like employees, but once they get your business, and once you drive that vehicle off the lot, you are S.O.L. They will fix a car just enough to sell it to some unsuspecting sailor/person and then when the car starts acting up, they will fix everything else except for the problem and will charge you for all of the "work" that they have done. Please do not be duped by these snakes. The only thing they give a damn about is their own pockets. I am telling you first hand experience.
