Customer Reviews
It wasn't as bad as I read about but the personnel customer service needs improvement

My sister and I booked a one night stay at this hotel but only actually stayed a day (not overnight) we were waiting for a plane arrival. Our visit did not start out good, this is becasue of the people at the front desk. The two desk attendants were not accomodating or pleasant at all. We requested a room if available facing the water, they stated they were fully book and that wouldn't be able to. Which we fully understood but they were VERY snippy and basically rude about it.
Also while we waited in the lobby before we went to search for somewhere to dine we noticed that both desk clerks talked negative about just about every guest that left the counter.
And to top off the crappy service they were rude (and incorrect) in giving us direction to a local place to eat. The male of the duo we ended up calling a N*zi, I hate to use the word but that's what he reminded me of.
The attendants parking the cars seemed very nice until we were checking out and found that when we paid for parking in cash and he said we didn't need a receipt (something at the time I knew would come back to haunt us) seems he must have pocketed the cash.
One thing the crew on later in the night at the desk seemed a lot more pleasant and knew they were their for good customer service, but the morning crew just left a bad taste in my mouth.
The rooms didn't seem as bad as described by some (and I was looking for flaws), the room seemed clean and the bathroom also. And the bathroom is the first place I look in a hotel room.
Pros: Location
Cons: Bad customer service.
